Hi, my name is Lydia and I bring professionalism to Crimson Salon and spa and enjoy learning all the current trends in the beauty industry. I am a graduate of Vici Beauty School and have continued to grow in my skills and experience since graduation two years ago. Cosmetology runs in my family with my mother and two aunts all working in the industry.

I offer hair, nails, and facial waxing services. I thoroughly enjoy providing nails services including the latest in gel nails. I live in Fort Atkinson with my two cats and I also have my own small photography business. Photography has been a passion of mine and now I am able to practice it, which has been great. Looking forward to meeting you!

I started experimenting with photography when I was given my first camera. I was about 12 years old when I got a Nikon N80 film camera. From then on it was always by my side. I began taking photos of mostly nature and landscapes. I immediately fell in love with my camera. I loved being outdoors and capturing any moment that I could.

Sometime in early high school, I acquired my first digital SLR camera. I began taking group photos for local bands and really enjoyed going to the shows to take action shots. I also took senior photos for friends and learned more about how to edit photos; that soon became one of my favorite parts.

After high school I enrolled myself into Beauty School. I am now a licensed cosmetologist and enjoy every minute of it. I look forward to begin incorporating my knowledge of hair and makeup into my photography business.

Photography is still my passion, as it will be eternally. I love knowing that as long as my camera is by my side, I will constantly be engraving new memories. Not only will they be in my mind, but impressed on paper. I feel that capturing every special moment is important and can be one of the most precious things one has.
