This massage is great for people recovering from an injury or accident, or for those who workout often. Firm pressure works out tight muscles and knots on specific areas of the body.

This massage is great for general stress reduction and relaxation. It uses long, gliding and kneading strokes on muscles which improves circulation, range of motion, and relieves tension.
