Appointment Cancellation Policy
Guests must provide a credit card number to reserve an appointment with Crimson Salon and Spa. A gift card will then be issued to you for the amount of the service. We understand that sometimes you may need to change your schedule, and we kindly ask that provide 24 hours notice for any change to a single service and 72 hours notice for any change to multiple services, spa packages and group and bridal services. If for any reason you do not show or cancel within the hour of your appointment, we reserve the right to apply the gift card on file for payment of the service appointment.
